Blown out within a month :(

I installed a new set of spark plugs (original Denso FXE20HE11) before installing the coil packs. Money, but it turns out there were none. Two of the set of 4 blew out within a month of installation I would return them for a replacement to try again but the return window is closed.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Easy to install, great performance

My 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5 liter 4 cylinder hybrid had an error code indicating intermittent misfire and its gas mileage went down slightly. I replaced all 4 ignition coils (very easy to do) which solved the problem. The ignition coils were supposed to be changed at about 25,000 miles and I had them at 100,000 miles. This change solved the misfire problem and the car now runs like new.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • ---

Still seems to work well. But only time will tell. The client hasn't returned with a problem yet and will if there is one. About 2 months now. And I see her in the car every day going to and from work. Installing is not easy. for Nissan Versa 1.6l. To replace them, the intake must be removed. But when they last and come close to how long stock Nissans lasted, you can't beat their price.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable
