🔌 iGo Green Power Smart Wall Surge Protectors PM00012-0001 Review

Took about a month. Did the job, just wish it took longer for the $15 I spent on it. If it had taken longer I would have bought more.

They turn off as soon as the power goes out and you have to reset them if you want to use them again. Don't get any value here. It only appears to be a useful item in very limited and unusual circumstances. As such it seems well made, but its description should make it clear that its value is limited.

This item does not live up to its promises. It doesn't turn off automatically as advertised and I've tried many different things and tried resetting it multiple times.

I use it in combination with a power strip to allow controlled charging of devices. I have three of these and none have let me down so far. Worth the money and save energy. The other two are connected to chargers and a handheld vacuum.

Wonderful little device. Don't be fooled by people trying to abuse it. It works exactly as advertised if you use it as intended. I have 3 of their devices (1 tower and 2 of this particular device). This is perfect. I feel a lot better leaving my phone plugged in overnight knowing it won't charge an already fully charged battery. The button works great when I need to charge right away. It works like this: Every half hour, a check is made to see whether what is connected is actually being used. If it is, it will charge and check every half hour until it's full. Then it turns off and checks again every half hour to see if it needs to be turned back on.

Works as advertised even with wireless charger. I was a bit doubtful that this would work with my Samsung phone's wireless charging pad as I assumed the pad would need some power to recognize my phone. But it works almost perfectly.
