This MUST HAVE update

Both factory headlights burned out under the mirrors on our 2011 Navigator so I was looking for replacement LEDs that are a bit brighter and hopefully last longer. Stumbled across them and it was the best solution. They're light and were pretty easy to install, you just use a flathead screwdriver to prop up the old one and plug it in. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that the plug was a bit loose and stayed inside. I had to use tape to make sure it didn't slide off while in the mirror…

Bright, precisely fitting, bare connections.

My wife didn't even know our new 2013 Ford Edge had puddle lights, aka safety lights, until I replaced them with them. They are much lighter. However, I have noticed that Ford uses the same light on many vehicles and have newer LEDs. I would consider this option for two reasons. The connectors on it are unprotected and can touch, they do not fade smoothly, they knock a little. I've attached an image with instructions on how I handled the terminals. 2005 Mercury Sable in Lighting and Electrical

(man's review) One of the many lightbulbs needed for the transition to LED lighting. I threw away the old ones and started the wiring process.
