Easy but tedious to put together, not as sturdy as I'd like

This took some time to put together. Not hard by any stretch, but you have to connect every piece at every corner. The frame is sturdy enough once it's together, ziptied, and in its intended location. We built a roof for ours to keep it out of the rain and to keep any falling debris out. The added weight made me feel better about the overall sturdiness if one of the cats decided to climb. (Pardon the leaves, we are landscaping that area and planting wheatgrass)My cats may just be plus size, but

Worst product I have bought from ebay

This product is the worst design for ferrets because you have to be a very very tiny person to fit inside to clean, and the pieces don’t stay together unless you use a ton of zip ties. DOES NOT WORK for ferrets because my ferret gets out EVERY DAY! Thank goodness she hasn’t found the doggie door and escaped the house or got hurt by the dog. I definitely would not recommend buying this and it is NOT worth the money you spend. Just down right horrible product!

Works well for a bunny

I bought this to house my bunny. Things I liked1. There are 3 doors included. That helps a lot. I put one each on three sides so when opened bunny can enter from either side.2. Two 'blank' frames which help with providing support from bottom to second level while not blocking any route for my bunny.3. Hammock cloth is very soft and doesn't feel cheap. Missing too many pieces to complete assembly

UPDATED: when I did reach IKARE support, they had be take pictures of the damaged box and missing parts, then sent me a replacement package. The second delivery was neatly packaged with the pieces necessary for assembly. The unit worked perfectly for my three cats—they love it. Tip: Use the zip ties and be patient with assembly. Love the Cat Home. - my new review

We needed a larger cat house with more room for our two adopted kittens. We had been using a dog crate, but just didn't have the room for playful kittens. This pet home is perfect. The assembly was a bit difficult, but we made it with 1-3 floors high and we were able to create a play area, sleep area, and feeding area along with a door to the cat litter box. Love this house, just plan your layout ahead of time!

I have two ferrets, and this pet house has made all the difference to them while I'm away at work, and to me when I come home! They have SO much room to run around and play and I am able to (literally) walk inside to clean their litter box and fill their food and water.My suggestion to anyone putting this together is to plan out your design first (the instructions are ambiguous) and be positive on the location you want it, because it is a big fat B-word to try to change things up part way…

We have this for our bunny, and it is so cool. You can create the size how and how big you want it, it is not as sturdy as I hoped it would be, but it still works.

Broke in less than 5 hours of use

One if the pieces already snapped the first time my cat used it.I need this item to help quarantine a sick cat so I can't return it and wait another 10 days for a replacement to show up. So I'll warn everyone else not to buy!

Suitable for the right amount of space

I disliked the lack of assembly ideas or instructions. You have to look for weak areas in order to secure the structure and maintain the sturdiness. Once the structure has been produced it is hard to maneuver.

Exactly what I needed

Assembly wasn’t hard, but was time consuming. I quickly realized that every connection needed to be zip tied. You will need more zip ties than what comes in the package. May need different way to secure doors, the latches that come with it are not the best. Depends on what type of animal you are using it for.It keeps them contained when they need to be.Overall I would say it was worth the money
