UPDATED: when I did reach IKARE support, they had be take pictures of the damaged box and missing parts, then sent me a replacement package. The second delivery was neatly packaged with the pieces necessary for assembly. The unit worked perfectly for my three cats—they love it. Tip: Use the zip ties and be patient with assembly. Pay attention to putting all panels facing same way and using connectors in consistent orientation. This made a large, three story unit for my cats that my son can enter to clean and add food, plus there were enough panels that I didn’t use in the original structure to make a smaller catio for our porch. I really like this concept, and it was plenty large for the two weeks we were away and had a pet sitter watch the cats.Waiting for IKARE to reply about the pieces missing from this shipment. Over 100 pieces are missing, so I cannot complete assembly. For what I have assembled, it was easy and study with the zip ties I received. Unfortunately, I cannot use this partially assembled. I will update review after hearing back from Support. I submitted another Support request today.
