Very easy to connect and easy to use. It is no different from other DVD players. The menu for the iPod on the TV is very similar to what is actually displayed on the iPod. There's Music, Videos, etc. Under Music there's Genre, Playlist, Artist, etc. Video - there's Movies, TV, Music Videos, etc. And under TV, then the show itself, and then the season. Once you're done watching, it automatically advances to the next show, movie, or music.

I bought this to use in our RV not expecting too much based on the price. It works flawlessly and keeps the kids busy when the rain gets in the way of the hike. The ability to charge and play our various iPods through the unit was amazing. No USB cables clogging outlets and fewer DVDs! Pros: I have a lot of videos on my iPod Classics and needed a convenient way to watch them on my bedroom TV (a good price was important). This device was pretty easy to set up. I bought this because my Toshiba DVD player just *decided* to stop working.
