The product does not match the description. The helmet is really big. I have been riding for many years and only ordered this helmet because I liked the design over the safety or quality. Now they are trying to return for a smaller size because their size chart is inaccurate and they want to charge me $8 for shipping. That's 1/4 the price of a junk helmet. I think I'll stop losing more money and move to a more reputable company. Attention buyers.

Remember this is a higher speed helmet, not a bike helmet, it should be quiet but not uncomfortable. Just because it pinches your cheeks or feels tight doesn't always mean it's too small. Fits our 5 year old and we chose the size chart. Our son doesn't complain of any discomfort and it's light enough to put on without help. The buckle is great because it's easy enough for him to buckle and unbuckle (once he learns it).

So far so good! Thank god I haven't had a chance to check the crash rates, but it seems pretty solid. One thing I appreciate is the size. I have a pretty big head and sometimes a hat or helmet just doesn't fit. But I followed the size chart and it was perfect. I know it seems strange, but you'd be surprised how often the size charts are slightly different. I'm glad I got it. 5 Stars.

Helmet and Carry Case Only No Face Shield No Visor No Goggles. For the price you get a case but not a face cover which doesn't suit me. I'm not happy with the price if you don't get everything. A rep told me it comes with a visor and they will ship it to me. Another answer said it doesn't come with that. Even the company doesn't know what they did. I ordered this helmet for my 6 year old son. He will try in three weeks when I return to Europe. The helmet itself is a solid piece, maybe a little heavy but we'll see if he tries.
