doesn't last!

I cut a 1/4" x 1" aluminum flat bar and the blade worked fine. stopped cutting. I will continue to buy expensive blades as they cut mild steel and last many, many cuts!

Pros
  • Band saws
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Revainrating 1 out of 5

dulls quickly good for blades

cut cold steel fan blades 5 inches long and 3/16 thick, cut first blade out of four and cut like butter, cut second fan blade maybe in 3 inches He stopped sawing, checked the side saw, everything was fine, looked at the broken teeth of the saw blade. very disappointed in blade quality, $19. don't use it. 1 star for the packaging. $19.00 off

Pros
  • power and hand tools
Cons
  • I don't remember

Ideal for aluminum and plastic

Saw blade ideal for cutting aluminum sheet and plate up to 1/2" thick on my old (1954) 12" Craftsman "100" band saw with 1.5 inch motor pulley and 5 wheel pulley. I figured I'd need to reduce the blade speed even more, but this works great for aluminum, delrin, and wood crafting. Will buy more when worn out.

Pros
  • Power Tool Parts and Accessories
Cons
  • Frequency

Good blade for light metals

I've used this blade on up to 1/4" thick aluminum sheet and 1" thick aluminum square tubing and it cuts like a hot knife through butter. I assume that this will be the case for a long time.

Pros
  • Tools & Household Items
Cons
  • Vanish
