What a fantastic find! I have used several of the imaging techniques described in this book with great success. This is a clear and easy-to-follow guide that shows step-by-step instructions with the pros and cons of each method. I love it!

A great overview to help you get started and experiment with a variety of techniques. It covered a lot of things I had never thought about. Although I'm relatively new to image transfer, I'm also aware of a few methods that aren't covered. But that's ok, I still think it's a great sample and have tried some of their methods. Everything worked exactly as described. They have a wide range from simple to more complex methods and things that require special materials.

If you need to know how to transfer from almost any medium to almost any medium, this book is for you! I was able to purchase most of the materials listed in the book at local craft stores and the rest can be easily found online. The authors explain very carefully and even include troubleshooting tips. wow. WOW.Transfers is a tricky thing. Transfers can be disappointing. A method may provide a perfect transfer once and then never seem to work again. Unsuccessful translations resulted in many of my works being destroyed. Though they're spirited - and seemingly for everyone - Darlene Olivia McElroy and Sandra Duran Wilson broke with the mold and tamed the vicious transfer paths.
