Differences with shelf liners

I was hesitant to put the liner under the sink thinking I wouldn't need it. I saw it at a friend's and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did, it was easy to trim and my under the sink area is so much better now, plus I have all my glasses and cleaning supplies organized.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Only available in white

Don't know where this could be useful

Definitely NOT under the sink. Anything you put on it will stick. I would like the bin to be able to slide in and out and not slide on this surface. When I try to move it, the insert sticks to the bottom of the jar and lifts off. A replacement must be found.

  • Looks good

Easy to install on cabinet and organize drawers

I needed something easy to install under the sink to protect the new cabinets from minor falls or leaks. The top layer is like felt and the bottom layer is like vinyl. I used my quilt cutter to trim it and used the rest to line some drawers. Holds up well and is washable.

Super absorbent and oriental for cut and fit

These pads WILL NOT be worn if you place an item or two on them; They stay where you put them. Can be cut into different shapes. Not only have I used them as kitchen sink liners, but also as shelf liners where I knew messes could happen. Place the black side down. The other side is super absorbent. Ordered several of these to protect our new home.

Looking for a better quality dishwashing mat

Opened the packaging and found the dishwashing mat folded into a square, left it flat overnight didn't help, used hair dryer still no luck, won't sit even. After cropping, I found that none of the square edges fitted well. They definitely have to roll this stuff up for shipping and expect square cut edges, good thing they don't sell posters

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Update available

Buy another! It worked well!

So I can officially say this works most of the time. Today I noticed a leak under the sink. The mat was completely soaked (yes, it's absorbent) and partially damp underneath (somewhat waterproof). Apparently it's been dripping for days and if I didn't have this rug the wood would get wet! So, I'm happy with this product and I'll buy another one as the mice gnawed a few holes in the previous one (hence the reason for the leak 🙄).

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Some errors

CANNOT BE LIED DOWN! USELESS!

I rarely write very negative reviews but what's the point of selling a vanity rug that doesn't lay flat at all. I tried putting it between two 60lb boards and it didn't work...it still didn't lay flat when I took it out. Then he tried the same thing by heating one of the folds with a hair dryer. Same result...still doesn't lie flat. The material is quite nice, but in use it's worse than nothing for most uses as it just offers plenty of room under the mat to collect water. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

  • Fits many

Perfect for the clumsy husband

I'm always lucky enough to drop everything in our house. Whether it's a milk jug in the hallway or a huge vat of homemade kombucha, I always have to clean up. When I have my own fermented compost, I'm less likely to throw away gallons of moldy and rotten compost to my detriment. I needed something to limit the damage I could do to our home and my wife's patience. This liner was great. It's easy to use and fits perfectly on the shelf so it doesn't look awkward or have any protruding edges. A…

Much darker than pictured very thin does not absorb moisture

PRO: Absorbs moisture but not very much. It was incredibly easy to install, but I was pretty sloppy with the water and drain lines. CONS: (1) I chose this option because it looked light gray in the photo but is actually a very dark gray. Like the others. (2) It's very, very, very thin, about the thickness of a cheap mouse pad, if not thinner. I washed the rest of the item on a gentle cycle in a mesh delicates bag and it didn't survive. (3) Before washing, I soaked the test area with water. An…
