Great for replacing tool boxes

Is there a replacement tool box for tool boxes that need a little weight on top, have been installed for over 2 years and are working fantastic so far

10mm ball and socket.

They work as advertised, at least in the short term, I just got them. Not sure if this is mentioned in the ad or not, but the sockets on the ends of the posts are rated for 10mm bullets.

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • Expandable

Good value, decent product

Tired of propping up the rear window of my 25 year old canopy with my head or baseboard. The price was good and they seem to work well. You just have to pay attention to the correct weight information when buying. Bought almost too hard.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Nothing here

They are good for upgrading Jeep Wrangler.

They work well for a Jeep Wrangler YJ hardtop upgrade, but if I had to do it again I'd go for a 24 or 25 pound unit. Holds up the window, but I have to give him a little help. I chose this length to have a slight slope to keep rain from getting into the bed when it's open. The disadvantage is the danger of hitting the head,

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Please note the descriptions

This is a gas spring, not a damper or shock absorber. I bought this for the front door of my van and it works but you have to hold the door tightly so it doesn't open too quickly and damage the door. When I ordered I didn't know there were different ones. So I'm not demoted for not knowing. So if you want a spring that dampens instead of opening quickly, read the description. 3 stars. It works, it's the right size. He does what he has to do. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad.

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Without automatic
