Sounds good! for car radio

I have them as a front stage in a car audio system with 4 speaker components. It's paired with two 12-inch subwoofers. The sound quality is excellent. The vocals are very rich and warm with excellent detail. The high frequencies of the tweeter are smooth and also well detailed. there are no holes in the frequency response, meaning they fill up to around 60-80Hz with ease. If you don't understand what that means, it basically means they produce pretty deep bass for a 6 inch speaker. , I would…

Money well spent, the sound has improved a lot.

Kia Sorento 2014 stock without infinity system. Installed in all 4 doors and damn what's the difference. Easy to change if you know what you're doing. Fits perfectly behind door panels. A factory bolt was even used on the body and connectors. It required destroying lousy speakers. But no loss! It's worth it. I can't even upgrade my head unit now. If you're expecting loud bass, however, the standard system needs some extra help. I usually ride a maximum of 10 miles a day so I'm fine. Update…

Great upgrade and bass blocker included!

Improved dash speakers in my 2016 4Runner. They do not fit directly and require significant modifications to the speaker brackets as well as parallel wiring harness (see T4R 5th Gen forum for full info). Significantly improved sound over the standard paper 2" single cone drivers and they are really efficient to work with an OEM head. Just note that they come with bass blockers [base capacitor with metal leads] so you don't have to buy them separately. This information isn't listed anywhere, but

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Boring packaging

A simple upgrade for the audio system of the G35 sedan!

I bought a 2005 Infinity G35 sedan with a Bose audio system (CD changer!) and wanted more from the system. In my previous car, upgrading to Infinity speakers made a huge difference, so I decided to try the G35. After careful installation or only speakers in the rear doors, the difference is huge. The original Bose brand speakers had paper cones with fairly small magnets. Infinity consists of fiberglass cones, separate tweeters and magnets at least three times larger. The original Bose head unit

Jeep Wrangler JK Soundbar

I bought this speaker set to fit my Jeep JK soundbar. This was a simple installation using Metra speaker wire adapters (Metra 72-6514). I also filled the speaker panel with polyester filler. I can't tell you how much they will affect JK with the stock head unit, but I definitely heard a big difference from my Kenwood head unit. These speakers are very crisp and clear with punchy bass. I'm not saying you'll get good bass out of every 6.5 inch speaker, but they do their job well. One thing that…

These two speakers sound much better than the four old ones

They were used in a 2001 VW Eurovan that actually had old Kenwood speakers which were incredibly bad. It was hard to believe someone actually pulled out the stock speakers and put those Kenwoods in. The van featured two-way coaxial speakers in the doors, as well as 3.5-inch speakers in the dashboard facing the windshield. They were even worse in quality. that someone thought four crappy loudspeakers would sound better than two crappy loudspeakers, so you looked more into the ears of the front…

  • Very impressive
