Accurate for temperature and humidity

First it read 10° lower. I tried to contact the seller for a return or refund. The packaging clearly states that the manufacturer will repair or replace any product. However, I can't find the manufacturer.

Infrared Thermometer Accuracy

I have compared two other infrared and contact thermometers that I have several times with readings that were 20 to 12 degrees lower or higher than my other three (differently made) units. I will continue to do a comparison test, I hope I'm wrong. I was expecting a small difference but not the big difference I keep getting.

It takes 2 seconds to start EVERY TIME.

Bought this thermometer to replace another infrared thermometer that gave up the ghost after 6 years. Based on hand measurements with an instant read thermal pen, this thermometer is accurate. The biggest disadvantage is that it has to be loaded within 2 seconds each time. Time. She. use. That. what really sucks. Not worth returning but would not have bought this product if I had known.

Cheap with annoying beeping

This was a very light and very cheap look. I liked my Etekcity better, but I borrowed it and didn't get it back. It takes longer to start reading and I do NOT like that it beeps every time I press the button. I have a dog that is very sensitive to beeps and I can't use this anywhere indoors. The beep is meaningless anyway. I don't have another to check the temp, but indoors it seems accurate enough for the few things I've tried. Won't be using this for long, disappointed that these temporary…

Excellent infrared thermometer. Exactly. Quickly. Excellent value for money and quality.

This is a great infrared thermometer that works well. Very consistent and accurate. (Results compared multiple times with traditional thermometers.) I have had a similar thermometer before and prefer this newer, lighter model. Great for objects or areas, but not bad for people (about 5 degrees less variation compared to a non-contact clinical thermometer, but consistent so it can be used in an emergency as far as I know). All in all really good value on Revain at under $20 for Prime shipping…
