Availability in freight management

Looks like more expensive gear puller models so I hope it works well. Price and availability are very good. We should use it soon

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Price that will blow the piggy bank

Best value for money

Took my Lucas pump gear slick as a belt. It also upgraded the bolts to hard-jacketed bolts. Don't worry about them breaking

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some bugs

Leaks never stop

Great product for the money. I upgraded the hardware before using it after reading other reviews of cheaper pullers. Works great for me every time I have to pull the pump.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Older model

Worked great, well done.

I used this to remove the gear wheel from the VP44 injection pump. It's well made and works great. It's a lot better to buy this than trying to screw something up on such a delicate part of my engine.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Secret

06 Cummins Exterior Accessories

Have a 2006 Dodge Cummins, pulled the injection pump neatly. You tighten the two front screws until the pump pops out. I then had to take two flathead screwdrivers and use them to poke them one last time.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Little things

Good/but beware of cheap/weak screws

To remove the VP 44 injection pump. (5.9 Cummins) Overall the product is ok/the plate itself is strong/thick metal and the screw holes line up perfectly. Just beware of cheap screws. (made in China? / but not sure) One of the bolts broke inside the gearbox, had to wrestle with a pair of pliers to unscrew it / which added a few more hours to the job. All in all, I would buy this set again if I had to, but first I'd have to make a trip to the nearest home camp for some heavy-duty class 9 bolts…

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • No instructions

Thick plate but small, weak bolt.

Yes, I would buy again and recommend, but REPLACE TWO SCREWS. Yes, everything fitted and everything is aligned, but A SERIOUS BREAK WITHIN the gearbox, from that moment there was no more joy. Add 7 hours of work including crying and moaning. I had to remove everything from the front, from the radiator, housing, fan/clutch, crankshaft pulley, then the gearbox, then finally remove the gear. After crying a little more, I was about to drill a cheap screw out of the CP3 gearbox. I get what I paid…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Security
