Best socks and terrible staying power.

Taking my backpack with me, I find that this is mostly a consumable item. I usually tear them up at about 100 miles and a hole starts to appear in the thumb or sole and they get fried. In the last 4 years I've had about 8-9 pairs of these things. They are very difficult to dry. Fire without burning them. However, these are the best socks in the world. I almost never get blisters with it. They usually dry very quickly. They're comfortable and I've yet to make them stink. I love these socks and…

Good socks for clothes

This is an update of the first review. Socks wear out as they heal and I only use socks at home with shoes or indoor shoes. The socks are only a few months old and the material is wearing out. The socks are also beginning to feel a little tighter. I bought several socks of the same size in the same size and they fit better. The other downside is that you don't need to dry these socks, which seems a bit extreme considering these socks can be used for hiking. On a through hike, socks should be…

Quality has gone down in 2019, 4/5 pairs only lasted 5 months

I've been wearing Injinji socks since 2010 I guess? Unfortunately the last set I bought shows a drastic drop in quality with 4/5 of the pairs having holes or coming out very soon after 5 months of use. I don't walk at my current job so this is very light usage compared to my previous pairs (which have lasted over 3 years at work where I have walked 30-40 miles a week at work). I could tell they were cheaper on arrival because the cut was "edgier" and less organic. The material was also rougher…

Brilliant concept of bottomless reality

I liked those first two times I wore them. The label when I received the package said it contained less wool than the product description, but I didn't pay attention to that. My problem with them is that they are incredibly fragile. I bought 6 pairs of this brand. 2 of this particular product. 4 pairs already have holes in the soles, toes and forefoot. Again, I've wanted to love them since my brother introduced them to me a few years ago and I ended up buying a bouquet based on his experience…

Great socks for the gym, walking, hiking, everything.

Great! I have experience with socks from this brand (no wool) as well as Smartwool. I like sock shoes for the freedom of movement and because they have a barrier against toe pinching. Wool socks keep my feet dry, at the right temperature, and don't get calluses. I like thin socks best. When it gets really cold, I put on a thicker sock. I like them better than similar weight Smartwools. The fabric is smoother and more comfortable, and the whole foot is more comfortable and comfortable in a good…

Much better (loose fit) than non-wool injinji socks. Really wearable!

Much better than Injinji wool socks! I wear women's size 11 and have very narrow feet (fits easily in 4a wide shoes). I found Injinji wool socks to be very tight regardless of size, especially around the ankle but generally the entire sock. The fingers are also too short for wool socks, they become thin at the ends and immediately appear transparent. However, these wool socks are amazing! I have the men's large ones and they are perfect for my very narrow women's height 11 feet! I have very…
