INK Tattoo Sunscreen Stick - Ultra Protective SPF 50+ Formula (2.3 oz) Review

Spring 2021, after 18 years, I redid my tattoo and wanted to protect it better than in the past, so I tried this product . Applying it makes your tattoo stand out and seems to protect it well too, but only time will tell. A bit pricey so I can try something different when I use it.

This material protects your ink really well from the harmful effects of the sun, but if you wear this material and then go out and be active it absorbs sweat into your clothes, and when washed with a bundle of laundry, all the clothes in that load smell like a strange wet-dog smell. I love the quality of protection I receive, but the odor is an issue, especially when washed with other clothes. I still can't get rid of this smell on my clothes.

Pros: The design of the product makes it easy to apply regardless of the contour of the tattoo site. The product left a smooth trail indicating complete coverage. Traveling wasn't a problem either, the applicator was in my travel bag and in my hand luggage when traveling. There was not a single problem when passing through the security service at the airport. Cons: Expensive, I'm switching between a non-greasy SPF 100 product and this one to keep my Ink Tattoo sunscreen.

I recently purchased this product and have only had the opportunity to use it once. I paid a lot of money for my beautiful tattoos and I really want them to last. I hope this product will help me with that. I like that it is cruelty free and all natural. I also like that it is so easy to apply. The only thing I wanted was to put it on my hands after putting my shirt on. I've worn it before and then when I put the shirt on it rubbed off the fabric leaving a stain on it. Love it. can be outside in the sun. We had a double header last summer in 85 degrees and no shade. I poured INK everywhere I could see. I'm pretty fair, so I burn easily and quickly. I told my friends to do it too. burn ZERO. I thought it would sweat like other sunscreens. After sweating 90 meters in the sun, I dried off with a towel and re-oiled before our second fight. Success!
