Good business. Cycling

Works great on my peloton. Didn't know I buy spikes to wiggle a bit (my bad one) but I think I like the freedom to slightly adjust the angle.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Some shades

Not the best for the Peloton

I bought these for my Peloton. I didn't know they had a 9 degree float. Once attached, they move from side to side. I followed another review and bought a 0 degree float.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Protection

Ideal for use with a Peloton bike

We inherited a used Peloton bike and a friend recommended it. They work great and are easy to attach to cycling shoes. Sometimes they loosen and I have to tighten them, but that's okay. So you can choose the shoes you want and attach them to your bike.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Phillips head screws without a socket wrench

The product shows that you will receive socket head screws instead of the supplied screws as Phillips screws. I've never seen bicycle spikes with Phillips head screws. Not what I expected. They even provide an Allen key in the box but you can't use it. . .

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Disappears

Not very reliable with replacement cleats

You do NOT feel safe on a Peloton bike. They slide back and forth after snapping into place and come off very easily. I compared them to my friend's Peloton boots and they were much more reliable than the Inksey brand. I'm afraid these spikes will come off when I unsaddle the bike so I'm sending them back. EDIT: Just found out it's a 9 degree float feature that allows the spikes to slide when deployed. I need to find zero float spikes. These boots still feel like they come off too easily.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Weight
