The worst purchase in my life, dont repeat my mistake

It is so disgusting to make even specially difficult. I hope after this hp will no longer make printers. Different pros: CISS Touch screen WiFi 5Ghz Print quality for similar models HP Smart Convenience https support Has some cons: 4 out of 4 printers broke down, worked for about half a year, one a little more. Printheads are consumables for 5-10 thousand.

Not worth the money, I will not advise this product.

Official service centers in our city accept such MFPs only under warranty, but in my case they cannot help. Other service centers do not undertake to repair it due to the lack of spare parts.

Pros
  • Nice starter kit
Cons
  • Broke after a year and a half of work giving error 0XC4EB9004

I'm completely satisfied with the product, it works.

In general, an excellent home printer, for an office for one or two people. I would take this one again if I would be sure that there was no problem with the cartridge. The printer is for printing, not rolling it under warranty. Pros: Print quality, ink consumption, I will join the previous reviews. Cons: On the third day of work, a problem began with the black cartridge, pull it out and insert it. Reinstalling / resetting, powering off did not help. I took it to the warranty department, they…

The product sucks and the quality is terrible.

Due to errors, 6 out of 6 printers were replaced, but unfortunately after the warranty expired, all 6 new ones went into errors and refuse to work. They did not print on an industrial scale, all the houses were standing. One almost did not print at all, but after a downtime of 2 months, he printed a pack of photos and issued OXC4EB8004 on one, it was already 2 with it, half a year had passed. the rest issued OXC4EB9004. In the warranty they said only a replacement, they arrived the next day…

Pros
  • Print Quality Convenience Size CISS
Cons
  • Any 615 breaks down after 2-6 months as if on a timer

Overall pretty good, an equal number of pros and cons.

After less than 2 months of use, one fine working day, the message "cartridge error" appeared, remove it and insert it again, if nothing changes, then replace it. Ha ha, you need to work, print, and then nothing, replace a certain cartridge, which in the language of the manufacturer is called a print head and you can’t get it anywhere as fast as you would like, the earliest tomorrow, but you need to print now. These printheads are sold in a black + color set, the price is from 1000 to 2022 on…

Pros
  • Everything is fine if it were not for the printheads, which are not cheap and turn out to be unpredictable

I do not recommend spending your money on this.

The model is excellent in design and declared functions, but the troubles that arise with it spoil the whole picture, the printer is 2-3 weeks old and I don’t know what to do with it, on the one hand, the print quality suits, and on the other hand, the inconvenience that it creates does not disturb the psyche only mine and but my wife, who cannot fix these problems herself.

Pros
  • Compact, many useful features from HP SMART (sending print to e-mail, printing via phone, etc.) WiFi. Black ink is pigmented. Automatic feeder for scanning.
Cons
  • Often it is "buggy". Once a week he asks to get a black cartridge. The problem is solved only pulled out the cartridge and put it back. Another problem manifests itself with copying, for some reason you press "copy" the sensor goes to the end of the tablet and freezes, and so on until you turn it off from the outlet (cancel the task does not work, completion too)

What did I pay for? This product is a failure.

The process of choosing a printer this time was not entirely simple. Chose between Epson or HP. Previously, I had printers of both these brands, in principle I knew what to expect from both manufacturers. Therefore, I chose between and therefore did not consider other manufacturers. Initially, I had my eye on the Epson L4160 . And I even almost bought it. But. After reading the specifications and reviews on the HP Smart Tank 615, I decided to opt for it. First and foremost is the…

Pros
  • Possibility of independent replacement of the print head in case of its breakage; Laconic design; Automatic paper feeder. A very convenient thing, albeit greatly simplified compared to office options; The price for such a set of functions in comparison with competitors.
Cons
  • Vertical paper feed, now you can’t put the printer in a niche, there should be space on top The automatic paper feeder in the output tray does not have a notch to pry off the scanned stack of paper. The output tray for paper after printing does not catch sheets very confidently. If you print a large stack, you need to make sure that some of the sheets do not fall on the floor. : It turns out that you just had to pull the tray out to the end! ))) The tray is excellent, it will catch the entire pack that you load for printing. I will not say that all of the above is critical, but rather a feature that must be reckoned with. after 8 months: EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE DEVICE. For 8 months it broke down 2 times with the same problem. Carriage error. See comments for details

Poor quality, not suitable for use.

Different pros: Not big, does not take up much space. The screen is touch-sensitive, which is very convenient. Has cons: After a dozen printed pages, it refused to work, strangely buzzing, there was a strong bang with a blow and that's it, Khan.

Good and quality product, but there are flaws.

In general, a good device. Excellent in operation. The HP Smart printer app could be better. It copes well with printing DL, C5 envelopes, but, unfortunately, C4 format envelopes no longer fit into the printer. Pros below: Easy software installation on Mac. Excellent print quality. Easy refilling with new paint, you have to manage to get dirty. Printing from phones via AirPrint is hassle-free. Good quality (resolution) scanned files made with HP Smart take up a moderate size when saved as PDF…

Some pros: Prints fast. Convenient large display. The ink in the kit will last a long time. The software is user-friendly and intuitive. Some cons: Periodically asks to remove and insert the black cartridge again. In fact, this is not necessary, just open and close the lid with cartridges, and the glitch goes away.

I've never seen worse! Horrible purchase.

Very expensive for such nonsense. Well, you should have read more carefully that self-service is strangely implemented, the carriage does not go to the center (that is, it remains unavailable for service) if there is no system error on the heads. Got pros: During the warranty period, it worked almost OK (a year), sometimes there were problems with black color, but they were solved by cleaning the heads. With its cons: Three days before the warranty expired, problems with printing in black…

I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.

I bought the printer due to the presence of a built-in CISS system, which eliminates the need to buy cartridges. I bought an HP printer because I have been a fan of HP printers for a long time. Convenient software, everything is easy to connect and configure. This printer has a small paper receiving and feeding tray, which is not very convenient, but it is quite enough for a small office. I recommend. found no alternative.

Pros
  • Good print quality, no need to buy cartridges anymore.
Cons
  • Small paper feed tray, small paper output tray.

I expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

I would give it a five if there were no problems with connecting via wi-fi. Different pros: The print quality is good, there is practically no difference with other HP inkjet printers. Ink consumption for a month of use: I did not notice a decrease in color, but black - 20% minus. It printed 300 pages. Some cons: As with all HP products - loss of communication with the MFP when printing through a computer, everything always works perfectly from the phone. The problem seems to be in the…

Im amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

In general, fire. They took it for home use, for a preschool child to print assignments, etc. for development + for us as needed. A collection of tasks from 500 for 30-50 pages, a printer - 17 tyr in combat strength, it will pay off in a year or two (if it survives without loss of quality, etc.). Consumption is small. Got pros: The printer self-configured: connected it to Wi-Fi, then it ated itself, gave access. It is available from Windows and Linux, I didn’t have to pick anything…

Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

Rarely used, printed less than 1,000 pages in a lifetime. Broke six months after purchase, unfortunately, the check was lost :( Has some pros: Just great features. Previously, there was another HP model that was simpler, completely satisfied. With the growth of needs, I chose between this model and EPSONs, but every second one complains about them that they need to constantly print so that the heads do not dry out, that they have poor black and they are striped, as a result, they confidently…

Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

Has pros: No need to buy cartridges Jo this was 5510, at a price they were even more expensive than ink tanks. Has some cons: I haven't figured out the speed yet. Maybe it's just that the print per minute data refers to simple texts?
