Only 16 gauge wire on electrics

Good price, waterproof case is good too. However, it is advertised that a fuse up to 30 amps can be used. It's only 16 gauge wire. 14 gauge would be better for amperage.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Big and bulky

strong and reliable closure, with high-quality wire

is the best waterproof ceiling fuse holder I have ever owned. However, I've only had two others that came with an ataxometer kit and charger. Both were rubbish and the cat just keeps coming out. This cover seals well and stays in place.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Good for the price best in fuse holders

These in line fuses are cheap so I bought them. But putting fuses in them is extremely difficult. I usually use channel locks around the fuse and case to tie them together. I have tried different brands of fuses and they have all been difficult. But if you put a fuse in there, they seem to work.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • I'll write later

Fuses are DIFFICULT to insert and even more difficult to remove

These work. The wire isn't real copper strand, but they butt together nicely. The lid goes on HERE and is tight, but you can remove the lid manually. LOTS of hand/finger force to push the fuses in. And even with very strong fingers, it's impossible to pull out the fuse with your fingers. The pliers work. The fuse puller CAN work, maybe. I didn't try.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
