Description of 🛴 Dime Bag Hardware Speed Spacer 8-Pack - Inline Axle Aluminum Spacers for 6mm Axles Roller

Lets face it. Bearings, spacers, and axles can be unnecessarily complicated so lets try and make this easy. Most inline axles have an outer diameter of 6mm. Most bearings have in inner diameter of 8mm. These spacers make standard 8mm bearings compatible with 6mm axles. This package includes 8 aluminum stepped spacers for standard size wheels and bearings. These minimize drag on your bearings, the solid aluminum construction dissipates head and will last longer than other plastic. This stepped spacer is for use with regular (size 608) bearings and 6mm inline axles. The bearings sit on the recessed part of the spacer, providing a seamless integration to the wheels. For use with all standard size wheels, standard size 8mm bearings, and standard size 6mm axles. To install, place 1 bearing in the wheel. Fit the spacer into the bearing already in the wheel, and insert the other bearing into the other side of the wheel. Voila!.

Best in line skate parts Description

The description for the beginner scooter repair doesn't fully explain what I ordered. I needed a straight inside and outside diameter. It had a wider middle. I'll be back. Probably not her fault

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Expensive

Fit Tour roller skates

This is a standard size wheel spacer. It is suitable for tour inline hockey skates. The Baurs skates I have also use the same padding. Removing an existing axle is not easy. You need a pusher.

Pros
  • The best in their niche
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

DO NOT USE IN 608 BEARINGS

Bought these spacers for my new size 608 bearings to fit my 6mm axles as per the description. THEY DO NOT FIT THE 608 BEARINGS. I have a tournament in 4 days and now there is no way to get used to the new wheels and bearings.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Security

Fits Rollerblade Bravoblades

Worked on my Rollerblade Bravoblades (skates from the early 90's). Allowed me to accommodate 8mm bearings with 6mm axles. No instructions though --> the guy at the local skate shop showed me how to take out one side of the bearing, slide the spacer through the opposite bearing and take the space in the middle, then push the other bearing back in. Also, I didn't know that my old worn out Bravoblade wheels had nylon spacers (same but different material). I could use these, but aluminum ones…

Pros
  • Good item
Cons
  • Repair
