I like how easy it was for me to use this software, especially since I am not very computer savvy! It also helped my budgeting process because all of our expenses were tracked in one place instead of having several spreadsheets open at once with different accounts/payees etc.. This program has been super helpful for us during lockdown as well. There isn't anything about this product we dislike so far but sometimes when new features are added they can be difficult or confusing to understand…

The most useful part of this software would be knowing that I can do it all with one application! It has saved me so much time by having everything in place, as well as allowing multiple options for corrections staff or myself when an issue arises outside what we've created beforehand within our departmental settings. Some features should definitely show up if only "required" but aren't listed under any sort of required list (excessive use policy). This would help save us some headache later…
