The most useful part of this software would be knowing that I can do it all with one application! It has saved me so much time by having everything in place, as well as allowing multiple options for corrections staff or myself when an issue arises outside what we've created beforehand within our departmental settings.

Some features should definitely show up if only "required" but aren't listed under any sort of required list (excessive use policy). This would help save us some headache later down at rollover date/age-out day because certain individuals keep using them more than others they shouldn’t have access to - just like not listing excessive phone usage within their specific profile will force someone who uses cell phones excessively towards something different so no need showing anything else here since everyone knows these are overused items anyway!! I like how easy it was for our officers, deputies & dispatchers alike! It's so simple we didn't have any problems with using this software as far at being able train others in its use or assist them when needed!! There are no downsides other than there may be some features not available due too budget constraints but these can easily added if need arises. We've been very happy since purchasing IMM several years ago now (we had nothing before).
