Sorry excuse for a heater. Customer service is a joke!

What to do when the waterbed heater fails? Sleep on a floating ice cube or buy a new heater? In that regard, it sounds like a no-brainer. However, waterbed heaters are expensive and the bottom line is that you should opt for a replacement. Unfortunately, I chose the bottom line with poor results. I bought this heater in October 2018. When I replaced the Innomax heater with the Innomax heater, much to my dismay, the swap never worked. Actually, I did NOT get a heated bed. The floating ice cube I

No thanks for the mattresses and box springs

This heater was purchased in November 2016 and stopped working in April 2017. Tried twice to make a warranty claim but got error messages. Finally they emailed me and told me the warranty was only 2 years. In the copy of the guarantee I said 5 years. I was then told that I would have to pay an additional $30 to get a replacement. Hmm, why give a guarantee at all? First I paid $55.46 for the heater. Another $25 and I'll buy another new one, hopefully not defective. If the heater only lasts 5…

It was bad at first, doesn't retain heat

My previous heater worked for a couple of years and then stopped working. stay warm The new one didn't even last a month. I took the new one apart to see why it wasn't working. From what I remember it will light up and heat up if you press hard on the dial. The old failed device does the same and works intermittently. Below the dial is a potentiometer that controls the temperature. If it doesn't make good contact internally, it can lose connection, causing it to function as if it were on its…

product installed and too soon to tell - UPDATE in 3 days

Whether this product works or not depends on the packaging IMO. As some others have pointed out, the packaging of this heater is poor in my opinion. I understand that rolling the device to be broadcast can be efficient, but at least roll it from the end with no connections. Oh my gosh are you just looking for those devices that are out of order when we get them? They start twisting at the joint of the cord and coil into a tight inside twist. This creates a 90 degree bend or more on the…
