Great combo of narrow band and wide band channels

Excellent combo of adjustable narrow band O2 sensor emulator and wide band channel for AFR sensor. I used it to replace the stock narrow band on a 1995 993.

Does everything it says

As far as these things go, it's pretty easy to install and use. Works out of the box with EcuFlash although you will need a laptop with either a serial port or a USB to serial adapter which is not included.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Frequency

Great and affordable.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Will definitely buy again. I have used PLX, NGK and now LC-2 products and this is my favorite because it is very flexible. The control box is tiny (slightly hidden). The sensor is sufficient (Bosch 4.9). You can program the output to be compatible with your wideband sensor of choice *great* and the included software is good enough for basic setup. And it's affordable, there's no reason to go back to having a high-performance car without decent broadband.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Discontinued model

O2 Sensor Killer Error Code e8

So I bought this to replace my Aem Uego which was a few years old and needed a new O2 sensor. Well, it failed within the first 15 minutes of use. The one thing you should never do is drive the car without powering the O2 sensor. They are set to disable the O2 sensor if you get an error message. It can be close or far or too fast, so it basically kills the O2 sensor with any error. I sent this back, bought an O2 sensor and am happy to run my AEM. Google updated error code e8.

bad controllers. - Replacement Parts

Trust me when I say don't buy it. I've gone through three LC2s. The sensors held by the controllers are garbage. I sent one under warranty but didn't receive a receipt. They said they could look at the manufacture date but I haven't heard anything. Since I was in a hurry to set up my truck, I bought another one. the controller failed again. called support again and asked for my old hardware back but also for a warranty on the next one as I had proof of purchase this time. I got stuck. I willโ€ฆ

This is a great device if you need to control broadband o2.

This is a great device when you need to control broadband oxygen to tune your car. I ran this on a 2013 Jeep JK to get a custom supercharger setup. I did a temporary install and have since removed the device until the next time I want to play with the tune. I had to add a cigarette lighter adapter to power it, but I had one that I clipped from another non-working device and it worked great. You will also need a connector to connect the signal to the recording device. If you're like me using the

Terrible connectors render this kit useless - two sets in a row

I had TWO sets that failed trying to connect the connectors: him in the car. When I tried to connect the sensor cable to the controller, it bent one of the connectors into an unrecoverable position. The kit was ruined after about 2 minutes. I wrote to AutoMeter support, got an RMA and sent the kit back. I specifically asked them to check the parts kit for connector fit before sending it in. A few weeks later I had a second set in my hands, I wanted to connect it, and again the terminals failed.

Pros
  • This is amazing

  • Some errors
