I rarely write reviews but was very disappointed with the MiniMax Media Reactor. In theory I liked the design and really wanted it to do its job, but the DC pump is very weak. I first tried mixing 3 tbsp BRS GFO with 2 tbsp RedSea Reef Spec Carbon. Flow from the reactor stopped within hours even at the highest flow settings for the pump and reactor.
