Halal product or not

The item sent to me is not halal. However, the description of the amazon says halal. My question is whether the product is halal or not? I was scammed with false advertising.

Buy for the first time! Love it and will stick with this brand - great nutritional value and great taste!

I make protein shakes regularly and chose this brand because it has less sugar. There is only 1.5 grams of sugar per serving. And the taste is amazing! Vanilla has a fresh vanilla taste and the texture is also very nice. This brand is the keeper!

It's been interesting trying so far.

This product dissolves quite well and tastes good. The only problem was that when I picked something up I saw something other than powder. It was hair. Looks like human hair but not entirely sure. It's always heartbreaking because you don't know if there's more to it than that. The price was good and the Insane Labs protein powder tasted good, but now I'm not excited about using the rest.
