Insegment has been instrumental to our growth as an organization by providing us with great insights for managing campaigns/funnels across AdWords & Analytics 360 platforms which helps me understand whatβs working well (and not so much) at each level of my business funnel! I also really appreciate that they work closely wtih Salesforce where we can tie all 3 systems together - allowing greater efficiency while minimizing internal silos within Marketing teams around B2B sales enablemeantnigβ¦

I wish their reporting tool (Segment) has more data points for more conversions
I really like how organized they are when it comes to planning out my campaigns! They always have great suggestions for new ideas that we can implement into our current strategy already set up with other agencies/companies as well which makes things seamless between all of us working together (and sometimes even competing!).
We haven't had any major issues so far but there was some confusion around what their billing structure would be during this transition time from one provider over another
Pros
Also love being able customize individual plans per client's needs rather than an "all inclusive" package deal; allows more personalized service options depending upon each specific case.
The team at Insegment was very helpful throughout our entire integration process with their platform! They were able to answer any questions we had as they worked through all of it together -- from design & implementation right up until launch day for both campaigns (including some minor adjustments along-the way). I would highly recommend working closely w/ this group if you are considering an integrator that will be hands off during your project's execution phase but still have them available
