Worth the money, save time.

Worked great with my Viper alarm. Connected to some aftermarket door locks everything works fine. It's basically 2 relays in 1. Now I can open both doors with the push of a button.

Works great, need more detailed instructions.

I ordered this product when I bought a Viper alarm with non-original door locks. I've never installed an alarm and haven't written any instructions since, but after a little research it worked great. It's been over a month and it's still going on. I have connected 3 door lock modules to it and so far they are doing what they are supposed to.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Some difficulties

This module was chosen over a two separate relay implementation for its simplicity and size. This module fits perfectly into my Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (CVPI) passenger door handle which interfaces with the door lock/unlock buttons. It includes a two-wire keyless remote cable. I routed this wire through the trunk door wire where I installed the controller under the glove box. The connector on this module connects directly to my controller (Scytek A20).

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Almost OK

Makes adding power locks easy!

Two standard relays are usually required to add power locks as an aftermarket modification, one on top (positive supply) and one on bottom (reverse polarity). This 451M simplifies wiring as it is two relays in one simple package. It comes with simple instructions and works like a charm when used with remote key and/or spring switch systems. One note: I'm very good with electronics and couldn't figure out how to get it to work with a 5 wire drive like this http://amzn.com/B00LURSUSG but it works

Converting to automatic door locks is easy!

This is a fantastic item! Between the wiring diagram and some knowledge gleaned from a mechanic over the years, I was able to easily hook into my new Viper security system to now have automatic door locks. I also bought door locks here along with this relay. The wire under the plate took about 10 minutes. It took much longer to orientate and install the door operators. When from manual door locks to automatic door locks. I love that I don't have a button for them as the Viper system will…

  • Elegant design

  • Long delivery time

2004 Chevrolet Impala 9c1 (Easy Lock Wire)

So I bought this for my doors which are power doors but not remote door locks. It was designed for use with Avital 5103L, also purchased from Revain. The relay module is connected to the Avital box. My door has 1 wire for locking and unlocking and I didn't know how to connect it (or anything) but I bought it with remote start anyway because a forum said I need it. My car needs to be unlocked with a normal ground signal and locked to ground through a 480 ohm resistor. Long story short, I cut the
