When I first started pushing the drywall, the handle portion just bent, so the feature I originally bought it with didn't work for me. In the end, like all the other cornices, I screwed them to the wall. Very disappointed.

Not what we expected. It's painted, scratches easily when installed, and is very cheaply made. Nickel color only. Remember that. My shower rod is of the highest quality. Very disappointed but we are using them to decorate an apartment for sale so this needs to be done. Definitely wouldn't buy again for my personal home or any other home.

This product is amazing! When they say tools are not needed, it is true. Note, however, that "tool-less" only works for standard drywall installation. If your wall is cement or wood, screws are included. The ingenuity behind it is phenomenal. There was a manual in the kit but I went to their website and saw a tutorial video that was so easy to follow. Will buy another one for my dining room/balcony door.

Be very careful when inserting the pole into the brackets. If you move it to center the bar you will most likely scratch the bar. I was also very disappointed to find that the tips are plastic. I was hoping they would be metal too. The thickness of the poles makes them very strong. I've replaced the much thinner bars with these in two rooms and am generally happy with the upgrade, but the quality control of the braces needs improvement so they don't have burrs that scratch the bars, and the…

New house and we desperately needed curtains. Got curtains and bought accessories. After getting off the floor (because curtain rods are incredibly expensive), I checked them out. They were the right color, long enough, and ended with a pretty pretty tip. I dared and tried them. I am impressed! It looks no different than the $50 store models. I gave it 4 stars because tool-less hangers aren't great and can really chew up a wall if you're not careful. I just mounted them normally with screws.
