Helped my old kitten with hyperthyroidism!

After treating my cat with medication for hyperthyroidism for the past few years with no improvement in symptoms, I decided to see if there was anything that could be done to help him to gain weight and reduce diarrhea. This meal did both! For the first few days, I noticed that his poop was indistinguishable from our younger cat's. It's been a few months now and he's definitely gaining weight. I don't have exact numbers yet (can check after my next appointment) but the bones along his spine…

Costs money! for food

although i would love to feed my cats all wet food this is just amazing as at 3am they start hanging around my bed even though i ate them at midnight. I used to buy cheaper grain free kibble to keep in bowls as an early morning snack, but their fur would become dull and their bellies bloated if they ate more than a serving or two a day. I have decided to switch to this more expensive food (I buy wet food from this brand) and I am happy to report that both cats love it. They get two servings of…

New formula? My cat got sick.

I used to love this food but they must have changed the formula or something. I ordered it on October 23rd and opened about a week later. I immediately noticed that the raw parts of the boost were dark brown instead of light brown like they used to be (and were in the bag I finished earlier). About a week later one of my cats started throwing up all over and had diarrhea. He's quite a fat guy who likes to go out so I figured he either ate it or caught it on the street. Went to the vet, passed…

Bad parties? My cats are sick!

Something was wrong with this food and my cats knew before I did. I mix this food with other dry food to help them have a balanced diet. I've been doing this for over a year now with these exact brands and flavors. I even had a Revain subscription. For the last bag I did the same thing as always. My cats ate it first. I noticed that they were losing weight and my poor older cat was pooping on itself which was pretty bad diarrhea. I didn't think it was the food so I passed it on to them and then

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Plenty

Bad batches of this food make cats sick

I have been subscribing and saving this food for my 2 cats for several years and have always been a big fan of this cat food. It's great quality, not very expensive, and my kittens have grown from small kittens to strong, muscular, smooth-coated cats. Unfortunately something has changed with this food lately as anyone else can see from the recent reviews of people mentioning their kittens are sick. .My kitten boy is very picky and that is pretty much everything he eats, kitten girl eats more…

Use with caution.: Dry

I am a Registered Veterinary Technician and have had no luck treating my 11 year old cat with IBD. I have been using steroids and prescription foods for 1 year but he was still throwing up every day and had a major problem with hairballs. My other cat had hairballs so I gave her this food as well. She is 10 years old and both have passed all the necessary tests to determine that they have no other illnesses. I bought it for its high protein/low carb content. Cats still need up to 12%…

  • Great for me
