Very poor quality. Condensation on the inside of the double wall. Poor quality control and testing, if any. I liked the design but not the quality. I would not recommend it.

We really liked these cups as soon as we arrived and enjoyed drinking coffee from them. However, yesterday I took one of the mugs out of the dishwasher and found water in the gap between the layers of glass. It was very disappointing after enjoying the cups so much.

These cups look subtle and light, but they are not sturdy at all. They didn't even last 1 hand wash and ripped! Look at the photos where water got into the cracked walls! I'm returning mine and getting a refund. I would not recommend these mugs to anyone. Try something more durable.

Great for hot drinks. Most ceramic coffee/tea mugs are relatively dense, so they absorb most of the heat from hot beverages where the mug heats up and the beverage cools. reduced to a minimum, the drink stays hot longer. The outside of the mug stays cool. The ad says they're safe to use in the microwave, but I haven't tried them yet.

We're tired of our coffee getting cold before we finish it and we've always loved clear glass coffee mugs. I happened to see them at Revain and ordered a set of 4 - we LOVE them! Unfortunately my husband dropped one on our tile floor and broke it. I contacted the seller through Revain to see if we could purchase just one mug. We are very happy with both the 12oz coffee mugs and the BTaT seller. The mugs are lightweight but well balanced and comfortable to hold. They suddenly became my daily coffee cup.
