Very durable, minimal product leakage.

I used these bags to remove the cellulose insulation from the attic. I chose these PRO-450 bags because they have a higher level of filtration and are just a little more expensive. After using the bags I highly recommend this bag. I filled the pouches from the top and they are strong enough to stand up with minimal support. There is a lot of insulation in the sachets, I'm glad I bought them from Revain so it was easy to return the supplements I bought. They last longer than I thought. Don't buy

Sturdy but not what I did

The bag contains a lot of insulation and I was generally happy, but when I took the bag out on the road I put a tarp down to keep it slips and slips I grabbed the grommet and my wife squeezed from the other end and I pulled the grommet cleanly out of my pocket and landed on my back and elbow on the street. For the second bag, I wrapped the ratchet straps around the bag and attached another to it so I had something to wear. Bottom line, the seams didn't stay on the spout, and it's probably notโ€ฆ

Make a terrible job a lot less terrible!

Fantastic! These bags make the dreaded task of removing blasted fiberglass insulation that much easier! I used them with a dust collector (Shop Fox W1826) hooked between two 4" hoses to pick up pink dirt. The opening size of the bags is designed to fit a much larger hose but can be wrapped around a smaller hose and secured with clamps. I hung the end of the hose from the ceiling and filled the bags from above. Even filled bags had an acceptable weight for only one person. I could move themโ€ฆ

Used with Harbor Freight dust bag

I was able to tape this insulation collector to the Harbor Freight dust bag. There are several videos of other homeowners using this 2 HP vacuum as a vacuum cleaner when removing mineral wool and other forms of old insulation. It's about the same as what I would say in regards to a spreader bag, since it doesn't really inflate enough to fully inflate you will need to change position from time to time in the beginning to get the insulation to properly discharge in the bag. . It works, the bag is

Buy a stripsack!

I dealt with a room of 768 square meters. ft. that doesn't have access to the attic that needs rewiring, so I spent several months stripping the insulation. I made a homemade insulating vacuum with a dust collector for the docks when I went to town to remove drywall. I started with a white cheap quality bag. It leaked. His hole wasn't reinforced, so it ripped. When I moved this thing I had to vacuum the insulation because it was all over the place. After this experience I tried it. I've passedโ€ฆ
