I was able to tape this insulation collector to the Harbor Freight dust bag. There are several videos of other homeowners using this 2 HP vacuum as a vacuum cleaner when removing mineral wool and other forms of old insulation. It's about the same as what I would say in regards to a spreader bag, since it doesn't really inflate enough to fully inflate you will need to change position from time to time in the beginning to get the insulation to properly discharge in the bag. . It works, the bag is high quality and although it's more expensive than a craft bag or dust bag it means you don't have to change it as often. Remember that a full 6x4 bag weighs 400 pounds. Don't fill it out completely if you're working alone.
