Hard to beat the price. It is great for mining farms and has very low power consumption. Having said that, I think it would also be a great processor for a media center PC or a simple computer used for document editing, Youtube browsing and web surfing. It will likely even handle light play in some esports titles. For those who don't know, it has an embedded video. Thus, no graphics card is required. You can literally build a working computer on this processor for less than $200.

I bought this to replace the I5 7400 and GTX 1060 3GB that came in my computer. I only use this computer for business and I didn't need a quad-core processor or discrete graphics card for that. A Celeron clocked at 2.9 GHz with integrated graphics is sufficient and runs smoothly; I don't notice any difference between using a computer for office work and a bit of internet.
