Don't place the bowl so it falls to one side or the other

I'm really surprised they got 4 stars. We've had them for a little over 6 months and hate them every time we have to use them. They don't fit the bottom of the bowl properly and the rubber isn't very strong so they crumple to one side or the other making it almost impossible to dive effectively. They go in the trash, a waste of $.

Compact, streamlined and discreet. Eyes don't hurt like most people do.

Looking for a toilet brush and plunger holder combination due to simplicity, space saving and aesthetics. It meets all the criteria. Not overdone or dated like so many others. Fits in perfectly without being noticed but where it's needed. There are no moving parts to hide the plunger like some others do. (Why!?) Simple. Ideal.

Perfect for a guest bathroom where the plunger doesn't get much use

I bought this for a guest bathroom and based on negative reviews it seems like the perfect spot. Aesthetic and functional, it is ideal for concealed placement of the brush and plunger in a small footprint. I've only used a toilet brush and it works fine. After reading negative reviews of the plunger leaving dirty water in an impossible spot in the holder, I might have bought a different set if I figured the plunger would need frequent use.

Almost what I expected

Almost what I expected and they are small enough to hide behind the toilet in my small bathroom. If you clog the toilet with mega dumps on a regular basis, you might need a more serious plunger, but I don't. What I didn't expect was the sheer amount of packaging it came in as if it were a crystal toilet brush; Styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap? I feel like I should plant some trees as punishment.

Stores well in a tiny bathroom.

Packs away easily and takes up little space. The brush works well and there doesn't seem to be any difference in brush quality compared to other brands I've tried. However, I removed the star for the piston. We bought this combo because we needed both a brush and a heavy duty plunger as we have 3 small children who can clog the toilet. The plunger failed to clean the toilet several times. However, when we were in need, it cleared our garbage chute and was used to keep our sink from overflowing.
