Installed on the front driver's door of my 2010 Chevy Silverado (2500 Dual Cab Diesel). Works and looks just as good as the original passenger door handle. I can't tell them apart in quality.

My 2013 Silverado's door handle has stopped working which I think is a very common problem but no response. It was perfect for solving the problem and not very expensive. I didn't need all the parts but I went ahead and replaced them just in case.

Easy installation with YouTube video. The grip is loose and sloppy after the installation is complete and appears to be a temporary fix, but works as it should for now. Almost like an internal spring that cannot be adjusted, is not tight enough, or the clamping point is offset by an inch. Should have spent the few bucks more and gotten the right part.

Had to replace three sets on the road and against my gut I've been trying to save a few bucks and you always get what you paid for ie the door. Handle that you can't get the pin at the bottom of the handle, making this product unusable. Pay the extra money and get a better product instead of this junk.

Installation was easy but no instructions. I've watched the 1A Auto video that details how to replace it with this kit and it's pretty easy to explain. With the product, be careful not to drill out the plastic rivets too far, as you could pierce the inside of the door when installing new screws. Another issue I had was that the new crank included in the kit was very loose on the linkage. I ended up throwing out the replacement and putting the original pen in its place and it worked fine.

I had an issue with the door knob - a small piece of metal broke off pulling the cord. I bought a replacement grip, worked fine, was a little unsure about gluing the screws to the plastic, no problem with that. Came with a router that can be used for other purposes, so far so good. Assembled the door, it worked about 5 times then it broke off. It's clear that the problem is in the locking mechanism itself, but it bothers me a little that the metal on the handle is so weak. Multiple problems such as:1. The outer top edge of the kit body/frame did not fit into the protruding inner plastic edge/edge of the original door panel. I had to shave off the top edge of the kit's body to match the lip; Otherwise the body/frame of the kit would not lay flat on the door panel and the screws included in the kit would be too short.2.
