This roll of double sided tape is great for attaching grips to golf clubs. I've rebuilt about 4 sets of racquets, some even double wound, and still have a lot of work to do. It's overpriced to buy a kit when you catch or change them frequently for your buddies like me

As advertised. Thicker than cheaper alternatives. Worked great as expected. Have previously bought a cheap product from China that was as thin as double sided tape which was awful and resulted in the handle breaking. What you need: Solvent-based double-sided tape. Combine that with the Brampton HF100 Grip Solvent and you have a winner. I hate using mineral spirits and the pens stick halfway if you don't use enough because they dry out too quickly. The Brampton HF100 is great, it takes very little (use too much and the handle can take a while to dry) and it doesn't stink and this tape works really well with it! I bought this based on the good reviews and I have to say I've had no problems with my graphite clubs but the tape didn't stick well to my steel rods on metal. I made sure I removed all the old tape and then cleaned the stick shaft with a dry paper towel to make sure I didn't leave any residue. When I put the tape on the stick it just wouldn't stick to the metal. . I have this tape to attach a blank of wood to a wood base for a CNC router. Sometimes it works, but often it doesn't stick properly. It seems the top of the tape (below the white surface that gets removed during use) doesn't stick well either. I saw this tape for this purpose in a video. I've used a different brand of 3/4" wide tape for the same purpose and probably half the tape works fine almost always. I suspect I didn't receive the tape I was expecting.
