Everything sounds good about the device: wireless, 3-in-1 charging. When you understand this, you realize that every feature has a design flaw that makes it utterly useless, unreliable, and annoying. This charger does not fit my iPhone 11ProMax with the new Otterbox Defender case so I will be returning both chargers I bought. The description on the website states that it will charge through a case less than 5mm thick. My Otterbox Defender case is 4.07mm thick (including the rubber and hard case) according to my micrometer, but no charger could charge it with the case on. I also question the quality of the charger as one charger didn't work for everything unless I completely removed the case
