Everything sounds good about the device: wireless, 3-in-1 charging. When you understand this, you realize that every feature has a design flaw that makes it utterly useless, unreliable, and annoying. Firstly, this device does not come with a wall charger, so you will need a wall charger with sufficient capacity. Not a problem and noted in the description but potentially annoying. I found that I had and used this unit with a 24w wall charger that is fast charge compatible. Second, the Apple Watch's magnet is extremely weak. During the charging process, the watch (even without a case) can wander downwards, which causes the watch to constantly try to charge and drain all of its energy. Third, the phone's charging function is ridiculously weak, so weak that it's difficult to charge through my case (which works with every wireless charger I've tried). I left my phone charging for one night only to wake up to find it was almost empty. Upon further checking, my phone kept trying to charge like my watch and was running out of battery. I even went as far as removing my case and while results improved, it still didn't always charge reliably. This is quite possibly the worst product I have ever purchased from Revain and I can no longer urge you to stay away from this device. I already got mine back and I'm glad I didn't get rid of my old wireless charger.
