The buttons are broken so you have to press to move from one tower to another. that were not easy to identify. I had to go online to read online what keys to press. My other IOGear 2 port had instructions clearly labeled in the documentation that came with it. I'm not even sure if this model had documentation. Possibly opened packaging, returned item. especially since it's broken. (and it's such a pain getting things back.)

My setup consists of 3 DELL computers with a DELL 2007FP monitor, a Microsoft Natural 4000 USB keyboard and an optical mouse. This KVM switch works very well for me. Highly recommended.

I bought this kvm about a month ago and it seems to work quite well. that the documentation is somewhat limited and you should be aware of the limitations of your computer. The documentation doesn't mention this, but it seems to me that the USB signal in the supplied cables goes to the KVM via the VGA connector.
