I use it every day while running. I don't really care about the function of the screen. It's nice to have, but I have to take my phone out of the case every time I need to make changes to a song or station I'm also listening to. I tried the Runbach headband when I first got it and went jogging. I was surprised that my case fit in my phone pocket. Most straps in the past forced me to remove the case to fit my phone. Once on hand, it acts very reliable and hardly noticeable. I like that I can put the key in the small pocket and the cards in the inner pocket.
