A little confusing at first

I wanted to bring that timer back , my brain might figure it out. I should have ordered a basic timer but it was cheaper and had pretty good reviews. I kept trying to click the timer after setting the watch face to the current time, but I didn't click the black tabs. Eventually I returned to the order page and re-read the instructions, reviews, and questions until I realized what I hadn't done. I tested the timer at 11am for 15 minutes and it turned itself off in time.

works perfectly! Suitable for switches and dimmers

I am currently using this to set my old multi cooker to cycle on and off so that it turns on at a specific time while I am busy around the house (and our dinner time is done). Time). So far this has worked great. It's easy to set by just pressing the buttons down to get the time period you want. If you want to put this on a lamp and set different switch off times, you can always do this by simply pressing the buttons. It's so simple and easy without the complication of the electronics.

Not suitable for heaters

First I had an Intermatic "heavy duty" timer that exceeded 140ยฐC in the fork area . Degrees Fahrenheit when used with a 15 amp baseboard heater. So I bought this one which ran into the same problem. As such, the temperature of the exit heater plug ranged from 98 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. So it wasn't the outlet or the plug. It was that timer. For some reason it is not suitable for 15 amp heaters. I'm still looking for a 24 hour timer to hook up my 15 amp slope/fin heater to so it doesn't runโ€ฆ
