Very professional and customer friendly service

It has helped us to connect easily into our network devices using different protocols like UDP/TCP or Ethernet over IP etc. The support team is also very helpful when we need them especially during emergencies. Sometimes it can take some time for new updates to be added in firmware so that may not work as expected sometimes but overall its good product from IQOt. For small businesses which are trying out their products before going big there have been many instances where they faced challenges

  • It is a device management system that is able to work within a company and is able to support a small company

  • I have not faced any challenges using IQoT
