Decent place with good opportunities in front of clients

I have worked at this agency as both an Account Manager & Recruitment Consultant over my career so far (which was less than 2 years). This Agency had some great people throughout its existence but it always struggled financially due to low demand from Clients/Candidates which led to very little revenue generated by any Candidate Attraction or Retention programs they ran. It also didn't help when there were many other agencies around who offered better deals/pricing compared to what ISGP…

Pros
  • Flexibility with regards overtime
  • A good number off trainees in place currently
  • Some interesting work projects that will keep our interest :)
Cons
  • Lack luster client base we often feel like giving up because clients are hard sellable :(

Great experience in an ever changing environment

I have worked at several companies within this industry, both independently as well as through other firms (both small & large). The best thing overall was how quickly they would respond once you were hired by working with your manager/s - even if it took days or weeks! Sometimes there can get long periods where nothing gets done because everyone wants credit for getting something accomplished. It's not always easy but when things do work together everything falls into place so fast sometimes i

This agency has been one that does exactly...

The best part was being involved at every step of my career! I enjoyed working under such amazing leaders who showed me how it's done when you want results fast. They can't treat people like they do over seas where most companies will just send someone off if things go wrong or not as needed. You get what your paying too much money so make sure this fits into there budget plan otherwise its like playing chess against yourself sometimes because everything feels good until something goes horribly
