I like how easy it was to navigate through each section, you can find what your looking for in no time! The ease in which it can be used by both staff members as well as volunteers, not having any technical issues with keeping up-to date information regarding your pets/animals etc., being able to view past photos & medical histories makes this software so important! This program has helped us so much in keeping all our information organized! Also they are very responsive when it comes time or any issues arise with this system, I have no complaints at thiis point as everything was taken care off right away!! The system is so easy to use! No special training needed. Easy to access and view your data at any time. You can even use it offline. I like the fact that every detail is recorded properly, including medications given. There is not much to dislike about this system, but I wish more fields could be filled in. I love how easy it was to use! You can add multiple pets at once, or just 1 if you like. The calendar view makes keeping up with appointments very simple as well.
