ISi Professional Stainless Replacement Decorator Review

I have an iSi Profi that I have been using for many years. It originally came with a metal screw clamp on the connector part. As a result, after a few years of operation, it broke. The replacement I found was all plastic and quickly degraded in cold temperatures. All of these parts are stainless steel, not plastic, so I can see they will last me for many years.

Matches Mosa almost perfectly and the tips are hard. If it sits for a few minutes, long enough for the whip left in the tip to fall off, the compaction is insufficient and it will drip from the base of the tip. So we just use it, remove the tip and clean it right away (as you probably should) and we have no problems. You could probably leave the tip on as long as it stays cool and doesn't leak as the whip won't fall off.

I have an ISI and my old tulip tip that came with it was threaded stainless steel with a plastic liner on the tip itself. When I used the stainless steel part , it stayed on the milk jug and the plastic part just twisted making it harder to remove without tongs so I looked for a solution. I bought these attachments for my 17 year old ISI Gourmet whisk. Viper came with plastic tips. Each plastic tip lasted about a month. I forgot this racket and found it while cleaning and decided to use it. After the plastic tips broke, I decided to use metal tips. I wasn't sure if these new metal tips would fit on the old mallet. You've never had whipped cream out of a can that comes close to what you get when you make whipped cream in this little machine. 500ml heavy whipping cream, top up, shake and then pour the most delicious creamy mixture onto any dessert. It takes less time to prepare than writing this review. Gourmet lunch dessert. The only problem I have is having to keep a fresh can in the fridge, my kids and all their friends can't resist spraying it straight into their mouths!

OK, my first major complaint. For the price of these iSi mallets they should all come with these tips. For real. These are good devices, but their cost is too high compared to competitors. To make the transaction easier, these tips would help deal with the initial purchase price shock. The advice itself is phenomenal.
