I have used this material to make custom heels and arch supports for my shoes. Sorbotane 40 duro allows for multiple layers when more depth is needed for support. It adheres well to shoe soles, but sticks to feet or socks if it comes in contact with them (so I put mine under a Spenco flat insole). ). The heel pad, consisting of one or two layers, significantly reduces the impact on the heel. And you can strategically cut out areas in the pads to reduce pronation etc. I like my own Sorbotane…
