Works absolutely best in water filters and softeners

Water tastes great, filters are easy to change and the end result is better (more efficient use of water, instant boiling etc.) than what I've experienced with several different ones reverse osmosis systems. It also fits better in the very limited space under my kitchen sink, freeing up space for other essentials.

Very difficult to find/get a replacement.

I almost bought another filter system because it was very difficult to find filters and then it took a few months for filters to sell out. I really like this filter system, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to the unreliability of replacement filters.

I've had them a year out and the water has still tasted good. It's time to replace them.

I just replaced this kit on my iSpring F4-CUA water purification system that I bought 12 months ago and am very happy with it. People have mentioned that there were dark particles when they first ran the water, this is normal due to the carbon filters. Run water for 10-15 minutes to wash away particles.

There was too much dirt in the charcoal filter

My last two orders had too many black particles and they were also visible in the filtered water. I'm not sure if you can drink it. but 30-40 minutes of running water definitely reduced the black particles and seemed to dissipate. But why is it like that? And also why the covers are always loose plastic. Hopefully there is no plastic in my filtered water either.

We have had this filter for 5 years now and buy 4 replacement packs every year. Last time we had taste issues so we called the company to let them know. Adam asked a few questions and then sent us a new 4 pack replacement quickly and easily. A great customer service experience is something to write a review about these days. 5 stars all round.

Tasty water

This is the third time I have changed the filters. We seem to get 9-12 months from a set of 4 filters before noticing any change in the water. It was a great investment. Even installed under the sink, no problems. The price of the filter kit corresponds to the quality of the water supplied. We originally bought a kitchen sink filter in April 2015. Our family is very happy with it so far.

Lead removal is key

This 4 stage filter is designed to remove lead from water. Rinse the tap water for 10-15 seconds as recommended, add filtered water and boil. Here in San Francisco lead in the water and asbestos. Why? My friend works in construction laying water pipes and has seen other contractors leave chunks of concrete in the water pipes. These concrete slabs contain asbestos, which dissolves in underground water pipes throughout the city. "Anyway, the filter traps the harmful chemicals that have beenโ€ฆ
