Excellent product and customer service

We have had this filter for 5 years and we buy 4 replacement packs every year. Last time we had taste issues so we called the company to let them know. Adam asked a few questions and then sent us a new 4 pack replacement quickly and easily. A great customer service experience is something to write a review about these days. 5 stars all round.
