There was too much dirt in the charcoal filter
My last two orders had too many black particles and they were also visible in the filtered water. I'm not sure if you can drink it. but 30-40 minutes of running water definitely reduced the black particles and seemed to dissipate. But why is it like that? And also why the covers are always loose plastic. Hopefully there is no plastic in my filtered water either.
